Rapid carpets was set up to find a market between the large carpet companies that often sacrifice personal service and the high street small family carpet shops that lack economy of scale. We believe that outstanding customer service ,good quality and cost savings can go hand in hand.

After a number of years in the flooring business the next natural step was to bring this together to build a business that can equally service both domestic and landlord/letting clients.

Our ethos is to provide the best product without over inflated pricing and personal service that goes beyond other flooring businesses.
